Meetings 2018/2019
Programme & Events
In general meetings are held on the third Sunday of every month from 3:00pm
(Parking and refreshments are always available).
Before each meeting from 2:30pm Committee Members are available to try and help with members queries and problems, and to discuss plants.
At each meeting, other than when an Open Show is taking place,
a Table Show competition is held.
Non-members are welcome to attend meetings for a charge on the door of £3 per person or £5 per couple.

16th September - Bewdley Orchids: A British native orchid nursery by Dr. Wilson Wall
21st October- Autumn Open Show – Doors Open for public viewing 1pm – 4pm Trade stand by Laurence Hobbs
18th November – Native orchids of Myanmar by Dino Zelenika
9th December – Christmas buffet in the hall hosted by SEOS Committee

20th January – Tropical terrestrial orchids by Saul Walker
17th February – Jacob Coles - Writhlington School of Orchids

14th April – Plant Auction
19th – Cypripedioideae by Ms Robin McDonald
16th June – Bring and share meeting
21st July – Growing orchids in a terrarium by Helen Millner

Members Plant Sales – Members may bring plants along to sell on the months indicated above – 10% of the proceeds go to the society.
There will be regular Committee Meetings. If any members wish to bring up any points, please speak to a Committee Member.
